How fitness taught me to be a better entrepreneur

It goes without saying being an entrepreneur is physically and mentally demanding. People have the perception that an entrepreneur’s health stays on the pedestal for prolonged periods. Most of the successful leaders like Rohit reddy not only keep themselves fit but also live healthy living style.

There are many reasons why I love to keep myself fit and want myself to count in the fit leader that is much better than the unfit one. Here, I am sharing how fitness taught me to be a better entrepreneur.

1. Fitness Made me More Productive and Energetic:

A good fitness routine helps me generate energy that I can expand throughout the day. Furthermore, energy is very essential for entrepreneurs, and following a great fitness regime is the best way to generate some extra energy.

Being fit and active enables me to face day-to-day challenges head-on and helps me to thrive in an aggressive business climate. I keep sharing posts on Rohit reddy LinkedIn that how fitness taught me to have certain perseverance and confidence which is very crucial while interacting with people.

2. Fitness Enhanced my Confidence and Creativity:

Following a fitness regime is effective in maintaining the Fluid IQ (The component that allows us to learn new skills). This is because exercising regularly, including weight training allows more oxygen to reach the brain.

Being involved in fitness, I am able to learn new tasks and skills easily. And entrepreneurs need to have the ability to learn new skills. Moreover, I can also find a notable increase in my creativity through regular workouts. Being more creative and having the ability to learn new skills leads to higher self-confidence, and these are the essential qualities of an entrepreneur.

3. Better Equipped to Face Challenges:

The major objective of exercising regularly is to push me further than what was thought possible. And every entrepreneur should be trying to come out of their comfort zone if they really want to achieve something big. Pushing yourself physically is the best way to create a larger comfort zone. As a result, what was thought intimidating once is now child’s play for me.

4. Fitness Taught me to Stay Happy:

According to research, exercising releases endorphins (The body’s natural feel-good chemicals). This helps me stay happy throughout the day. It also lowers the stress as my complete focus is on the physical activities during the workout. This helps me escape everyday stressful events and being an entrepreneur is one of the most stressful jobs. In the end, fitness helped me become a better leader and gave me the ability to be prepared to face all the challenges.
